Beyond conventional extraction

Your botanical. Your specification. Our extraction.

Have a botanical you want to turn into a high-value extract? You provide the raw material, we provide the technology.

The closed loop
Closed-loop extraction schematicBiomass is loaded into the extraction vessel and liquid solvent from the solvent tank fills it. The solvent carrying the extract leaves the vessel and flows to separation, where the solvent evaporates and the extract drops into the collection pot. The solvent vapour returns to the solvent tank, turns back into liquid and is used again.Biomass inExtract outSolvent with extractSolvent vapour1234

How a project starts

You write the brief. We run the extraction.

We don’t sell from a fixed catalogue. Tell us what your product needs and we adapt the process to it, then quote the project.

Five lines of the specification are yours. The sixth is ours.

What we do

Four ways to work with Tetra

Raw material

What do we extract?

We extract valuable botanical compounds from a wide range of fresh, semi-dried and dried raw materials, including medicinal and aromatic plants, flowers, leaves, roots, fruits and vegetables. Our extraction process is tailored to the nature of the raw material and the specific requirements of each client, for a flexible, application-oriented approach.

Tailored extraction solutions

All extraction is carried out in a closed-loop system at our facility in Makov, Slovakia. Each project is assessed and quoted individually, based on the client’s requirements, raw material, processing parameters and desired end product.
